At the Italian premiere of Thor: Love and Thunder, Natalie Portman surprises the audience

The fourth film in Marvel’s series about the God of Thunder, Thor: Love and Thunder, has finally arrived in theaters all around the world, and fans are raving about it.

While moviegoers have enjoyed the blockbuster film in theaters all over the world, one audience in Rome, Italy, received much more for their money than they anticipated when actress Natalie Portman paid them a surprise visit.

Thor: Thunder and Love gave audiences many reasons to go to the movies, including the fact that Chris Hemsworth agreed to go all out in THAT ONE SCENE; Taika Waititi’s return to directing following the highly successful Thor Ragnarok prequel; Christian Bale’s casting as the villain Gorr; and Christian Bale’s return to the superhero genre.

Despite this, the main focus of the hoopla surrounding the film was Natalie Portman’s return as Jane Foster, the role she played in the first two Thor films. Fans rightly erupted in excitement as Portman appeared in the theater. The event’s video was shared by Portman on her Instagram.

In the video, there were many ecstatic fans dressed in their magnificent costumes, preparing to watch Thor: Love and Thunder.

The theater audience was first shown a video of Chris Hemsworth expressing regret for being unable to attend, and then Natalie entered the stage to gasps from the audience. Natalie comments on everyone’s costumes, then takes selfies with the people watching and thanks them for coming.

For the first time since Thor: The Dark World, Portman has made a comeback in the MCU. Thor: Love and Thunder adapts a comic book plot in which Jane Foster takes up Thor’s hammer and assumes the persona of Lady Thor, though the film simply refers to her as Mighty Thor.

Thor: Love and Thunder has done very well so far at the box office around the world. In its first two days, it could have made as much as $50 million.
