BTS wins big at 2018 Seoul Music Awards

Jan. 26 – South Korean boy band BTS was among the many massive winners on the 2018 Seoul Music Awards.

The Ok-pop group took dwelling the Daesang Award, an honor just like Artist of the 12 months, on the awards present Thursday.

BTS’ win broke fellow boy band Exo’s four-year profitable streak. The group, also called the Bangtan Boys, celebrated the achievement by sharing a number of images of the award with their 12 million Twitter followers.

“Military and Bangtan Daesang!!!!!!!!” the singers wrote, referencing their fan base, generally known as “Military.”

BTS final launched the album Love Your self: Her in September, which incorporates the singles “DNA” and “MIC Drop (Remix)” that includes Steve Aoki. Aoki teased a brand new undertaking with the group in an interview Thursday with Trending Stay.

“Now we received some new music popping out for 2018,” the American music producer and DJ stated. “Now we have now some authentic music as properly.”

“[They’re] nice guys,” he added. “They’re all completely different personalities and so they’re all dwell. You hang around with them in a room and so they’re all throwing of their factor.”
