Ezra Miller, of The Flash, has been arrested in Hawaii for the second time since March
Ezra Miller was arrested again, this time for allegedly hitting a woman with a chair. This comes just a few weeks after he was jailed in Hawaii for disorderly conduct and harassment, which were both crimes.
Ezra Miller has landed himself in legal danger once more.
Police in Hawaii say that the Flash star was arrested on April 19 for second-degree assault after an incident at a home in Phoa. This is based on a press release.
According to the announcement, officers responded to a report of an alleged assault during a “get-together” at a private property in the Puna community that morning. After being asked to leave, Miller allegedly became enraged and flung a chair, “hitting a 26-year-old female on the forehead, resulting in an approximately half-inch cut,” according to police.
The woman who was struck by the chair rejected medical attention. During a traffic stop near Kea’au, police saw Miller and the other suspects on the road and arrested them.
Afterwards, Miller was released “pending further investigation.” He spoke with the County Prosecutor’s Office on April 20.
The investigation is ongoing.
E! News has attempted to contact Miller’s lawyer but has yet to receive a response.
Miller’s arrest is the latest in a long line of legal troubles.
They arrested the Justice League star last month in Hawaii because they thought he was behaving in an unruly way and harassing other people.
According to a police report acquired by E! News, officers responded to a call about a disruptive patron at a nearby bar on March 27, according to a police report. When other patrons in the bar began singing karaoke, Miller allegedly grew “agitated.”
According to police, Miller began “yelling obscenities and, at one point, snatched the microphone from a 23-year-old woman singing karaoke,” and subsequently lunged at a man who was playing darts.
According to the police complaint, the pub owner begged the Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore star to “cool down” several times, but he did not. Miller was detained and charged with both felonies, but was released after posting $500 bail.
It’s said Miller grabbed a woman by the neck in Reykjavik, Iceland, in April 2020.
According to camera evidence, Miller allegedly yelled at the woman, “Did you want to go toe-to-toe with someone? Is that all there is to it? “as she advanced towards them with her arms up.
Before other people intervened, Miller appeared to grab her neck and press her up against an object behind her. Miller has been silent about the event.
