Homeless crisis on the West Coast

Seattle native Robert Irwin, 72, who has been homeless for seven months, walks between rows of tents at Camp Second Probability, a city-sanctioned homeless encampment, on Sept. 26, 2017. Irwin mentioned he’s planning a visit to Michigan to see his older sister.
“I’ve my very own SUV, Chevy Trailblazer,” he mentioned. “I wish to go in March. It is going to be my final journey.”
