Georgia Police Department Suggests Turning In Bad Exes On Valentine’s Day

On Valentine’s Day, the Georgia Police Department recommends reporting bad ex-lovers.

While many people think of Valentine’s Day as a time to show love, a Georgia police agency humorously invited individuals to turn in their terrible exes on the holiday.

The Rockmart Police Department encouraged turning in ex-lovers who may have warrants or drug information in a Facebook post.

“Do you have an ex-Valentine who you know has a warrant out for their arrest?” Do you have any evidence that they are driving while under the influence of drugs? The police agency responded, “Give us a call with their location, and we’ll take care of the rest.”

Exes who turn themselves in will be rewarded with “a set of limited-edition platinum bracelets, free transportation with a chauffeur, a one-night minimum stay in opulent five-star hotels, and professional glamour photographs that will be displayed online for all to enjoy.”

According to Fox 5 Atlanta, the police agency recognized it was a joke, but they are hopeful that someone will turn an ex in.
