You’re probably aware that Soulja Boy likes to brag about how he was the first rapper to achieve a number of things and how some things would not have been possible without him. Now it appears that we may add TikTok to the list, as he claims to have influenced the app’s success.
Soulja Boy was the most recent guest on Raquel Harper’s podcast, “It’s Tricky With Raquel Harper,” and the two discussed a variety of issues. When asked who he would like to collaborate with that he hasn’t done so far, Soulja immediately responded with Jay-Z.
“What’s up, Jay-Z?” he asked. You’re not a fan of rapping in the trenches? What’s up? I’m from the trenches, and I need the Roc Nation verse, man. I persuaded Beyoncé to record a cover of Soulja Boy’s “Crank That Soulja Boy.”
“I created TikTok,” he responded when Raquel questioned how having Beyoncé do his dance changed the game. If it weren’t for Soulja Boy, there would be no TikTok. ” “What about him?” Soulja remarked when asked about TikTok’s owner. He’d also heard “Crank That Soulja Boy,” and he’d watched the video.”
He then became more serious for a while, stating that he enjoys TikTok and discussing his song “She Make It Clap,” which has become a popular sound on the app.As the song became more popular, a dance to the song was made, which made it easier for him to get a new record deal while also rising up the charts.
Soulja has a lot to be excited about these days, aside from her social media fame. He recently revealed that he is expecting a boy and described the moment he found out the gender of his child, as previously reported.
