Police in Kentucky arrested a plastic surgeon on the road after a hospital acquired a report that he confirmed up for surgical procedure probably intoxicated, CBS Lexington affiliate WKYT experiences. Dr. Theodore Gerstle was arrested on a cost of public intoxication Monday.
