The Miami Heat have a chance to win the NBA Championship in 2022 for a variety of reasons

For these five reasons, the Heat may have had some off-field issues recently, but they’re still a serious NBA title contender.
While Jimmy Butler may not be the most beloved teammate in the NBA, anyone who believes the Heat’s recent feud with head coach Erik Spoelstra means they aren’t title contenders should reconsider. Miami is the most likely No. 1 seed in the Eastern Conference and has a good chance of making it to the NBA Finals this season.
The Heat are unlikely to be favored in the Finals against a healthy Western Conference club, but that doesn’t rule out the possibility of an upset.
Pat Riley, the general manager, has put together a deep, diverse squad for Spoelstra to coach. Every player Miami has bought in the last few years has been bought with the goal of making the playoffs.
The Heat will face challenges in the playoffs, but they have more than enough talent to deliver another title parade to South Beach. These five things should convince Miami fans that their team is a real contender for the title.
Kyle Lowery has the ability to take it to the next level.
In 62 games this season, the 35-year-old point guard has averaged just under 34 minutes per game, indicating that he has been a major cog for Miami thus far. Once the postseason begins, the former champion can still raise his game to new heights.
When the stakes are at their highest, Lowry can start looking for his own shot more. He’s been a fantastic assist guy this season, but in the playoffs, opposing opponents will try to force him to score.
Heat opponents should only use this tactic in desperate situations. When the situation calls for it, Lowry still has the ability to score in bunches.
