Get ready for some significant casting news for Yellowstone Season 5!
Kai Caster, Lainey Wilson, Lilli Kay, and Dawn Olivieri star in Season 5 of the western megashow, which premieres November 13 on Paramount Network.
According to the network, Caster will play Rowdy, a teenage cowboy who first appeared on American Horror Story in 2018.
Wilson will play Abby, an artist whose song “Things a Man Oughta Know” reached No. 1 on the Country Airplay chart in 2021 and earned her Song of the Year at the ACM Awards. We already know she’s got the chops when it comes to singing.
Clara Brewer, the new assistant for one of the Duttons, will be played by Kay, who previously appeared in Showtime’s Your Honor, starring Bryan Cranston. Sarah Atwood, a confident corporate shark and newcomer to Montana, will be played by Olivieri, who is best known for her roles on NBC’s Heroes and Showtime’s House of Lies.
We’re excited to see how the additional additions will affect things.
Josh Lucas, who plays young John Dutton, and Jacki Weaver, who plays Caroline Warner, will both return in season five, according to Paramount Network. Kevin Costner portrays John Dutton in the series.
Kylie Rogers and Kyle Red Silverstein will reprise their roles as young Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler, respectively. Kelly Reilly portrays Beth Dutton, and Cole Hauser portrays Rip Wheeler.
Wendy Moniz, who plays Governor Lynelle Perry, and Mo Brings Plenty, who plays Mo, have been promoted to series regulars.
It’s time to get a little more comfortable on the stove.
The fifth season of the western saga began filming on May 16 and will consist of 14 episodes divided into two halves.
