Adam Sandler to host ‘Saturday Night Live’ for the first time

Adam Sandler goes residence.

No, not once more to New Hampshire. He’s returning to “Saturday Night Live’’ for the first time in over 20 years to make his web internet hosting debut on May 4. The current launched the data on Twitter Friday morning.

Sandler joined “SNL’’ as a creator in 1990 and was a strong member from 1991 to 1995. During his time on the air, he carried out the iconic “Chanukah Song.’’ Since leaving “SNL,’’ Sandler’s occupation has included co-writing and starring in comedic motion pictures like “Big Daddy’’ and “Grown Ups’’; founding the manufacturing agency Happy Madison Productions; and, remaining fall, dropping a model new comedy specific on Netflix, “100% Fresh.’’

Sandler will doubtless be joined on “SNL’’ by Canadian singer Shawn Mendes, the musical customer for the night time.
