Hours after Grimes announced that the couple had broken up again, the Tesla founder was spotted wearing a t-shirt and trousers.
Elon Musk, 50, arrived at his SpaceX headquarters in Hawthorne, California, just hours after his ex-girlfriend Grimes, 33, announced their split in a tweet on March 10.
In the latest photographs, which you can see here via DailyMail, the SpaceX founder was dressed extremely casually as he arrived at the site in a graphic t-shirt and a dark pair of slacks. Elon appeared to be moving swiftly as he walked from his car to the building.
Elon was spotted wearing a suit in July 2021.
Elon’s new photographs surfaced only hours after Vanity Fair published a behind-the-scenes piece on Grimes.
The singer, whose real name is Claire Boucher, discussed their relationship status in the piece, referring to him as her “boyfriend” at the time of the interview, but later clarified their relationship status in a tweet after the story was released.
“Me and E have broken up *again* since the writing of this piece hehe,” she added, but she acknowledged that they are still close. “However, he’s my best friend and my life’s love, and my life and work are now forever dedicated to The Mission.” She then tweeted that “The Mission” was referring to renewable energy.
Grimes described her relationship with SpaceX entrepreneur Elon Musk in the interview. “I’d certainly call him my boyfriend, but we’re pretty flexible.”
We each have our own home. We’re inseparably linked. She told the site, “We see each other all the time.” “We’re just doing our own thing, and I don’t expect anyone else to get it.”

Apart from revealing her relationship status with Elon, Grimes also disclosed that the couple had had their second kid via surrogate in December 2021.
In May 2020, the couple welcomed their son X A-Xii, whom they call X, and their daughter Y, whom they call Y, but whose full name is Exa Dark Siderl Musk.
