Red Table Talk made a comeback on Facebook Watch on April 20 and hinted at a conversation concerning Will Smith’s smack. Take a look at what Jada Pinkett Smith had to say about it.

The Oscars have yet to make an appearance at the Red Table.
When the return of Red Table Talk was announced, one question was on everyone’s mind: Would they address it?
For the time being, the answer is no.
The roundtable conversation show “Red Table Talk,” hosted by Jada Pinkett Smith, her daughter Willow Smith, and her mother, Adrienne Banfield Norris, returned to Facebook Watch on April 20.
The show began with a title board that read, “The Smith family has been working on deep healing as a result of everything that has happened in the last few weeks. When the time comes, some of our healing findings will be presented at The Table. “
“All that has happened” is, of course, Will Smith slapping Chris Rock after the comedian made a joke about Jada’s hair at the Oscars on March 27.
A red title card is added to the mix. Until then, The Table will continue to welcome powerful, inspiring, and healing testimonies like our incredibly impressive first visitor’s. Jada, thank you for joining us. “
Janelle Monae, a Grammy-nominated singer and Hidden Figures actress, was the first to arrive.
Janelle talked about her new book, The Memory Librarian: And Other Stories of Dirty Computer, her musical inspirations, her father’s addiction issues, and even surprised one of her biggest fans with a seat at the table from inside the Smith family home.
The trailer for Red Table Talk’s fifth season, which premiered on April 19, touted cameos from Oscar winner Kim Basinger, Ireland Baldwin, and Barbara Corcoran of Shark Tank, as well as a conversation with Smith’s sons, Jaden and Trey.
It’s unclear whether the Smith patriarch will appear on the show at any point, but he’s no stranger to the Red Table.
She will appear on the show with Jada in 2020 to discuss her claimed 2015 romance with rapper August Alsina.
Jada admitted to the affair, but claimed it took place while she and Will were apart.
She claimed on the show, “I was in a lot of agony, and I was terribly broken.” Now that I’m in the middle of that relationship, I’ve discovered that you can’t find happiness anywhere else.
Throughout the program, Will became quite upset and expressed his belief that their marriage was finished.
I’d had enough of you. I’d had enough of you, “he stated. Marriages, on the other hand, have that. We decided to split up for a while, and you should go find out how to make yourself happy while I attempt to figure out how to make myself happy. I had the distinct impression that we were about to part ways.
Of course, the couple reconciled in the end.
