Reese Witherspoon Shines in Deep Blue Sequins

The Morning Show anchor attended the ceremony in a sequined black and blue Armani Privé gown.

She accessorized with a massive aquamarine ring, diamond stud earrings, a platinum necklace with 160 carats of aquamarines, 49 carats of blue zircons, and over two carats of diamonds, all from Tiffany & Co. The delicate blue eyeshadow served as the finishing touch.

Witherspoon shared a funny behind-the-scenes video of her beauty team getting ready for the Emmys on Instagram.

Witherspoon, 46, received an Emmy nomination for best lead actress in a drama series for The Morning Show on Apple TV+.

For their roles on the program, Marcia Gay Harden and her co-star Billy Crudup are both nominated for supporting actor in a drama series and guest actress in a drama series, respectively.

The show’s second season, which Witherspoon also executive produces, debuted at the end of 2021, and a third season has already been ordered. However, Charlotte Stoudt, a new showrunner, will be in charge this season.

Stoudt said in a press release that he is “thrilled” to be working with The Morning Show and Apple TV+. Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon are two of the cast’s most beautiful women.

Together with their coworkers at Media Res, Hello Sunshine, and Echo Films, Kerry, Mimi, and Michael have created an intriguing and difficult realm.

The show’s creator and showrunner for the first two seasons, Kerry Ehrin, was revealed to be staying on as a consultant for the third season in a press release.

The first season of the program got an astounding eight Emmy nominations in 2020, with nominations going to both Witherspoon and Aniston. However, Crudup was the only one to bring home the prize for best supporting actor in a drama series.
