The Week In Drag – The Reviews Are In For “moulin Ru”, The Queens Take On Bridgerton, Gottmik And Violet Talk London Fashion Week And More

The Week in Drag – “Moulin Ru” gets rave reviews, the queens tackle Bridgerton, Gottmik and Violet discuss London Fashion Week, and more.

Greetings, Greetings, Greetings! The Week in Drag is back with the latest news, videos, and updates from the queens that have more personality, individuality, nerves, and talent than a stick can shake.

This week on RuPaul’s Drag Race, our ru-cappers and fashionistas had a lot to say about last week’s “Moulin Ru” performances and mirrored runway ensembles, and even though no one sashayed away, we still had plenty of makeup and wig inspiration, advice, and laughs from your favorite queens. Let’s not waste any more time… let’s get this on the runway!

As I previously stated, the queens of RuPaul’s Drag Race took on the all-acting, all-singing, all-dancing Rusical task last week, and they all performed admirably. Pangina Heals, a fan of Drag Race Thailand and UK vs. The World, joins Monét X Change to discuss her great performance and mirrored clothes on “The Pit Stop.”

On “Purse First Impressions,” Bob the Drag Queen and Atlanta’s own Biqtch Puddin (yeah!) offer us their unedited, honest takes on the episode.

The runway theme last week was “Mirror, Mirror,” and some of the queens were dressed to reflect their finest selves, while others wore soiled outfits. On “Fashion Photo Review,” Raja and Gottmik come back to toot and boot the looks.

On the latest episode of “Bootleg Opinions,” our favorite wig wizardess, Jaymes Mansfield (who we’ll see more of later in this post), and Yuhua Hamasaki, discuss the catwalk and reveal their favorite styles.

What an all-star lineup! For Roscoe’s Viewing Party of the Rusical Episode, Bosco, Angeria, and Willow join Naysha Lopez and Batty Davis. Make sure to watch the entire thing because a lot of behind-the-scenes information is revealed.

On WOW Presents Plus, the second season of the amazing Drag Race Espaa premiered last week. This new group of queens had to walk the runway twice, showing outfits that defined who they were and where they came from – and they wowed the crowd. On “Fashion Photo Review,” Alexis Mateo and UK queen Choriza May toot and boot the outfits.

With the arrival of spring comes the return of Voss Events’ Werk the World tour. It was announced over the weekend that Angeria, Bosco, Daya Betty, Jorgeous, Lady Camden, and Willow Pill will join favorites Yvie Oddly, Kameron Michaels, Kim Chi, Jaida Essence Hall, and more to burn up the stage. To purchase tickets, go HERE.

I often feel like I’m the only one who hasn’t seen Netflix’s smash hit Bridgerton. On the most recent “I Like to Watch,” Trixie and Katya walk me through the highlights of season two.

In honor of Bridgerton, Monét X Change and The Vivienne invite us along to a Bridgerton-themed etiquette lesson, where they learn how to be more genteel and well-mannered.

Trixie kikis and talks makeup with the fabulous Hungry, who is Björk’s makeup artist, in her latest “Get Ready with Me” video.

On “Sibling Advicery,” Bob and Monét return to answer fans’ burning problems, like how to deal with hair loss, dating, and standing out.

Violet Chachki and Gottmik are globetrotting queens, and they discuss their experience at London Fashion Week in the latest episode of “No Gorge.”

After winning Best Podcast for the entertaining “Race Chaser” at the Queerty Awards, Willam headed to YouTube to unbox new cosmetics from Scott Barnes and Trixie Cosmetics (and make us insanely jealous in the process).

Is there anyone else who feels the “5 Second Craft” videos are a waste of time? In this video, Rock M Sakura and Militia Scunt react to (and debunk) this unhelpful “advice” (which is 100 percent NOT garbage.)

This week, Jaymes Mansfield tackles two more “Iconic Blondes,” duplicating looks from the 1930s (Mae West) and the 1990s (Li’l Kim).

That’s it for this week; don’t worry, we’ll be back next week with more; in the meantime, keep healthy, stay safe, and say LOVE!
