Mykelti Brown, the daughter of Christine and Kody Brown, is expecting twins.

Kody Brown and Christine Brown of “Sister Wives” divorced after 25 years of marriage.

Mykelti Brown Padron, the daughter of ex-couple Kody and Christine Brown, is expecting twins with her husband, Antonio “Tony” Padron.

On June 23, the TLC star revealed her pregnancy, saying that she and Tony “definitely weren’t planning or expecting it, but we’re both excited for our upcoming adventure and all the chaos and love it brings.”

The couple, who married in 2016, already had a 14-month-old daughter named Avalon. Although Mykelti stated in an Instagram post that their daughter “will be a big sister in December,” twins frequently “come early,” so Avalon will most likely take on sibling duties before then.

The 26-year-old captioned an Instagram Story photo of the tot smiling while posing beside two baby bibs, “She’s happy for now.”

The pregnancy announcement comes seven months after Mykelti’s parents announced their divorce after 25 years together. Christine explained in a statement released in November that the two of them “have grown apart, and I have made the difficult decision to leave.”

“As we parent our beautiful children and support our wonderful family,” she added, “we will continue to be a strong presence in each other’s lives.”

Christine and Kody have five other children together, in addition to Mykelti: Asypen, 27, Paedon, 23, Gwendlyn, 20, Ysabel, 19, and Truely, 12. Kody is also the father of Mariah, 26, with Meri Brown; Logan, 28, Maddie, 26, Hunter, 25, Robert Garrison, 23, Gabriel, 20, and Savanah, 17, with Janelle Brown; and Solomon, 10, and Arielle, 6, with Robyn Brown, his legal spouse.

According to Sister Wives, Kody was “spiritually married” to Christine before their divorce. During the Sister Wives One-on-One special earlier this year, the 53-year-old patriarch stated that his refusal to work on their intimacy, as well as having to deal with rumors that Christine wanted to separate, were major factors in their breakup.

“I was at a point where I wanted her to address the rumors that I’d been hearing from the kids, that she was threatening to leave,” he explained, adding, “How frank are we going to get?” I do not want her to go.
