Selena Gomez, 30, Says She Wants To “Get Married & Have Kids”: “At Some Point, I’ll Get Sick of All This”

Selena Gomez, 30, might envision starting a family in the future. The singer and actress has enjoyed a prosperous career over the years in the entertainment sector, but she apparently doesn’t plan to keep up her current lifestyle and job indefinitely.

According to E! News, Selena stated in a new episode of the TATATU series Giving Back Generation, “I wish to be married and to be a mother.” I’m going to become weary of this eventually, so before I quit, I’ll probably just spend the majority of my time on charitable endeavors.

Selena is said to have stated that she enjoys “keeping it genuine” and even considers herself an “extremist” who only sees the world from one perspective, which includes social media. If anyone knows me, I am an extremist. So, she said, “It’s either this way or that way.”

As a result, I deleted my Instagram app from my phone and allowed my assistant access to it. So instead of worrying about being on and off, I just email her anything I publish. I even forgot my password.

I didn’t peek at Instagram, but it was on purpose since I feel excited when I see you guys, she said. I have no idea what you did or how you are right now, yet we may still benefit from each other’s presence in the present.

Additionally, Selena reportedly advised others to take advantage of the importance of “mental wellness” by taking a break from social media for a while.

Take the weekend off, she suggested, or start with one day where you truly focus on being present in the moment and don’t pay attention to anything else. That, in my opinion, is really important and relates to our mental health.

Selena’s most recent interview came just one week after her birthday celebration. She posted two self-portraits in black and white along with a heartfelt statement to Instagram to commemorate the important occasion. I will never forget the trip through good, hard, and beautiful times that made up my twenties.

She added that as she gets older, she is “constantly learning” and “more certain of what counts.”

She went on to describe herself as “someone who is appreciative of every single gift and every single lesson along the path.”

I feel inspired to move forward by all the powerful, strong people in my immediate surroundings. I want to do all in my power to take each day as it comes and let the good and the bad shape me into the best version of myself for you, others, and myself. Read More
