Jeremy Stephens upset Myles Price, and fans had a lot to say about it.
Jeremy Stephens, a long-time UFC veteran and now PFL lightweight, fought for the second time at PFL 4. At the event, Stephens defeated Myles Price, adopting a new look after shaving off his signature beard and all of his hair only to make weight for the fight.
Stephens, on the other hand, wasn’t having the best of luck. He’d already lost his first bout with the company, and he’d gone 3-8-1 in his last 12 fights, so it seemed like it was time to call it quits.
Fans of the PFL, Stephens, and MMA in general talked about how he looked and how bad it was that he had been losing for so long.
They were there before and after the fight to talk about not only how Stephens looked, but also how surprising it was that he won.
Stephens is presently fourth in the PFL lightweight playoff race and may be able to hold on for a playoff berth, but there is still plenty of action left.
