Kelly Clarkson Settles Divorce From Brandon Blackstock

Kelly Clarkson’s divorce from Brandon Blackstock has been finalized.

The ‘Because of You singer has agreed to pay her ex-husband $45,601 a month in child support for their two children River, seven, and Remington, five, until they reach the age of 18, as well as £115,000 in spousal support until January 31, 2024.

According to paperwork acquired by The Blast, the 39-year-old singer and talk show host will also pay Brandon, 45, a one-time payment of $1,326,161.

The couple has agreed to share joint custody of their children, although Kelly will raise them in Los Angeles.

Brandon previously stated that he planned to leave his profession as a talent manager to work full-time on their Montana ranch, where he currently resides.

Kelly, on the other hand, has claimed ownership of both of their Montana homes.

Brandon will stay at the property until June, but he will have to pay Kelly $2,000 per month.

The ‘American Idol’ star will also pay $50,000 for private plane travel for their children so that they can visit their father while still being unvaccinated.

River and Remmington will be permitted to travel first class once they have been inoculated against the virus, which the exes have also agreed to.

Kelly owns a home in Toluca Lake, California, and has a collection of “weapons acquired previous to and during the marriage” as well as hunting equipment.

The ‘Since U Been Gone’ singer has a pick-up truck, a Ford Bronco, a Ford F-250, and a Porsche Cayenne, all of which will remain in her possession.

Motorcycles and a John Deer tractor are among the items expected to be auctioned off from another Tennessee residence.

Brandon will get “farm cattle, livestock, stock dogs, and horses,” while Kelly will keep their pets.

In 2013, the former couple married.

Kelly stated that the breakup was due to “irreconcilable issues.”
