McDonald’s Has Reintroduced Spicy Nuggets… But With A Twist

Mcdonald’s Announces The Return Of Its Spicy Nuggets…but With A Twist!

McDonald’s has just gratified its millions of customers by formally announcing the return of its iconic Spicy Nuggets… But there’s a catch. If you’re a fan of the Spicy Nuggets, you might need to get inventive in order to get your hands on them, as they won’t be accessible everywhere.

McDonald’s disclosed that the Spicy Nuggets will only be offered at around half of the U.S. locations, which is about 6,900 outlets, and only for a limited time.

You’ll recall that McDonald’s initially announced the Spicy Nuggets back in 2020, making them the first new U.S. McNugget flavor since 1983 when they were initially featured on the menu.

The McDonald’s Spicy Nuggets have a breaded tempura coating of cayenne and chili peppers, which is more seasoned and tasty than the standard chicken McNuggets.

Additionally, McDonald’s says that the Spicy Nuggets were responsible for raising sales in 2020 during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. In the fourth quarter of 2021, McDonald’s U.S. sales climbed by 7.5 percent, courtesy of the fast-food chain’s raised menu prices, digital sales and fan-favorite menu items, such as its Crispy Chicken sandwiches and the perennially popular McRib that is normally only available for a limited time.

McDonald’s is well-known for supplying customers with limited-time menu items that instantly drive greater interest in the firm while also becoming viral on social media. Earlier this month, the firm announced the comeback of their Szechuan dipping sauce, which had disappeared for a lengthy period of time.
