How to Watch the Raptors vs. 76ers Game

The NBA playoffs begin on Saturday, April 16, and the first-round series between the Toronto Raptors and Philadelphia 76ers begins on the same day.

On Saturday, April 16, the NBA Playoffs will begin with the first round. The Philadelphia 76ers will face the Toronto Raptors in the first game of the Eastern Conference portion of the playoff bracket at 6:00 p.m. ET.

The last time these two teams met in the playoffs was in 2019. Of course, that was the second-round series in which Kawhi Leonard hit a game-winning three-pointer to help the Raptors advance to the Eastern Conference Finals. That year, Toronto won the NBA championship.

The 76ers, like in previous years, will attempt to win the NBA championship for the first time since 1983. With Joel Embiid on the court, their chances improve significantly, as he is the favourite to win the NBA MVP award this year. Through 68 games, Embiid averaged 30.6 points (a league high), 11.7 rebounds, and 4.2 assists.

Here’s how to watch Game 1 of the Raptors-76ers series.
