After watching 30 minutes of footage, Boyd Holbrook has nothing but praise for Indiana Jones 5

With the release of the first film in the Indiana Jones series back in 1981, it’s possible that this franchise has had the longest run of all time.

The first film, Raiders of the Lost Ark, was the highest-grossing film of the year it was released and was a phenomenal commercial success at the time. Three further sequels followed, the third of which was released in 2008 and two of which were set in the 1980s.

Nearly 14 years after the release of the last Indiana Jones film, the series is about to make its fifth—and probably final—trip to the big screen.

Harrison Ford will play everyone’s favorite historian Indiana Jones, often known as Indie, in the 2023 movie, which will be released. Boyd Holbrook, Mads Mikkelsen, Antonio Banderas, and Phoebe Waller-Bridge are just a few of the actors that will appear alongside Harrison Ford.

Holbrook recently revealed that he has seen roughly 30 minutes of the film, and the actor is very complimentary about the upcoming chapter in the series. In an interview with Men’s Health, he said the following precise words about the video he had seen:

I can guarantee that it will be awesome. When I went to Los Angeles and saw Jim, I got to see about a half-hour of it. Just take a look at his previous work to see how swift, fierce, and heartfelt Ford v. Ferrari will be. We have Indiana Jones and his epic size, yet all of his movies have this emotional rhythm to them. “

The actor had nothing but praise for the movie and director James Mangold, who had previously helmed epics like Ford vs. Ferrari and Logan. Logan’s actual actor, Holbrook, has already collaborated with Mangold.

James Mangold was challenged with giving a suitable conclusion to Hugh Jackman’s saga as Wolverine in the film Logan. Could he be emulating Harrison Ford’s portrayal of Indiana Jones with this undertaking? The only thing fans can do is wait and see.
