Blac Chyna’s lawsuit against Kris Jenner, Kim and Khloé Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner is moving forward
This week, Blac Chyna’s personal parenting issues became the buzz of the internet. Tyga and Robert Kardashian opened up about how they care for their children, right down to the amount of money they spend on schooling.
Chyna didn’t say anything in response to the uproar, although she did send Tyga a “lol.” On Saturday, the influencer made another aspect of her personal life public.
A Lawsuit Against the Kardashians and Jenners
Blac Chyna has said that she plans to sue Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner, because they broke up with her.
In 13 days, I aim to refocus my attention on my trial against Kris Jenner and her children, Kim, Khloe, and Kylie, she stated.
Chyna said in a social media statement.
In 2018, a judge dismissed Chyna’s lawsuit against Kim K and her mother, Kris. Chyna’s lawyer at the time, Lisa Bloom, claimed that both women interfered with her E! show contract in the lawsuit.
Chyna believes the women were responsible for the show’s cancellation by portraying her as an unsuitable mother, but the judge at the time disagreed, claiming that E! would not produce a show with such high potential for viewers.
Why is Chyna pursuing the case?
In her statement, Chyna explains why she wants to pursue this lawsuit.
I’m going to court to defend my legal rights and to show my children that “what’s right is right, and what’s wrong is wrong.” And what they did was just unacceptable, “Chyna wrote.
She went on to convey her gratitude. “A jury will finally listen to what truly transpired behind closed doors,” she said, referring to the lies told and the damage caused.
At the conclusion of the trial, I’ll be able to tell King and Dream with pride that I did everything in my power to rectify the wrong that was done to me. “And it is my hope that kids will be able to stand up for themselves when the time comes in life,” Blac Chyna wrote.
