Police in Miami Beach is looking into claims made by a second woman that Chris Brown assaulted her in 2020.
According to NBC6, the Miami Beach Police Department is looking into assault charges made by a second woman who alleges she was involved in an encounter with Chris Brown in 2020.
As we previously reported, the first lady filed a lawsuit last month, alleging that she was drugged and raped by the musician on Dec. 30, 2020, while at a party on a yacht parked near Diddy’s home.
According to police papers released on Wednesday, the second victim attended the same party but left because she was uncomfortable.
According to the report, the same woman was invited to meet at Chris’ Miami Beach hotel suite with a friend two days later when he approached her and allegedly put one of his fingers into her mouth, which had a white powdered substance on it.
She blacked out for several hours after that, according to the woman, and awoke in the suite without her pals or cellphone. After learning about a lawsuit filed in January by the original woman at the same party she left, the woman filed a report with Miami Beach Police.
In a lawsuit, attorney Ariel Mitchell represents both ladies and spoke to NBC 6 on their behalf. “Unfortunately, we live in a world where these things happen all the time, from Harvey Weinstein to Jeffery Epstein to R Kelly,” Attorney Mitchell stated.
The “Iffy” singer has yet to respond to the latest charges leveled against him. When the initial claim was made public, he posted a message to his Instagram story claiming that the civil action brought against him was false. We’ll keep you updated when more information becomes available, roommates.
